Can I connect more than one Skool community?
Yes, as many as you like, at no extra cost. Open the community in your browser, click the SkoolKit icon in your Chrome toolbar and press Connect this community. SkoolKit follows whichever community page you are on, so each one shows its own posts, members and settings without you switching anything.
One rule: every community on a single SkoolKit login has to be connected from the same Skool account. That is what stops a shared browser mixing two owners' communities together. If you need to move a SkoolKit login over to a different Skool account, revoke the communities already on it in the extension popup first, then connect again.
Do you need my Skool password?
No, and we never ask for it. You sign in to Skool exactly as you always do, and SkoolKit uses that browser session for the communities you choose to connect, stored encrypted and used only for the tools you switch on. Your SkoolKit account is a separate login with its own email and password. You can revoke a connection at any time from the extension popup.
Do I have to leave my computer on?
No. Once a community is connected, the work happens on our servers: scheduled posts publish and automated DMs send at the times you picked, with your laptop closed and your browser shut.
Can I use SkoolKit on a community I don't own?
You can use it on any community you own or administer. Connect checks that your Skool account is an admin of the community you are standing in, and refuses if it is not, so SkoolKit can never act inside somebody else's community.
Who do the DMs come from?
From you. Members get an ordinary Skool message in their existing thread with you, from the owner they joined, not a no-reply email from a robot. Sends are paced slowly, skip each member's night, and stop the moment somebody replies so you can take the conversation over.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
Billing runs through Skool as a membership of the SkoolKit community. Join the plan you want and your tools unlock; cancel or switch plans in Skool whenever you like, with no contract and no cancellation flow to sit through.
Can I change which tools I use?
Yes. Standard picks one tool, Premium holds any three, and VIP has every tool including the ones we ship next. You choose them in the SkoolKit panel inside Skool. Your first pick is free to correct; after that a change locks your selection for 30 days, so the kit stays something you set up rather than something you fiddle with daily.
Is SkoolKit made by Skool?
No. SkoolKit is an independent product built by Sentient Mind Ltd, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Skool.
